The Spirit of the stay
  • At every point, guests are expected to stay informed that this is a homestay and not a hotel. 

  • You are expected to take care of the house as your own

Checkin and Checkout
  • The usual checkin time is after 12:00 Noon and checkout time is before 10:00 AM

  • Early checking and late checkout might be available based on next/previous day's bookings.

  • If needed, guests can use unoccupied areas of the house if they arrive early or need to leave late. This will be confirmed based on next/previous day booking.

Room Cleaning
  • Before your stay starts, we will clean the room and provide fresh bed-sheet and towels (on request).

  • During your stay, we will clean the room once in three days and change bed-sheets in 5 days.

  • You are expected to keep your room clean, keep waste in the dustbins provided and take care of accidental spills

  • Timings for cleaning 10AM to 12 noon. 

Kitchen Cleaning
  • The kitchen is cleaned daily except on Sundays. We will clean the dustbins, clean the slabs and rearrange.

  • You are expected to clean the spills on kitchen slab, microwave

  • You are expected to wash your own dishes. If needed, we can provide daily dish cleaning for additional charges.

Bathroom Cleaning
  • Bathroom will be cleaned before check-in

  • We will do a bathroom cleaning every 7 days on Saturdays

  • You are expected to keep your room unlocked so the staff can clean

Interaction with other housemates
  • We have zero tolerance for rude behavior towards our staff. If you are impolite towards any staff, housemates or guests, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.

  • We observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, no loud music, loud conversations are allowed.

  • You need to abide with the community rules regarding swimming pool usage, parking etc. If found breaking those rules, you will be asked to leave without any refund.

Internet
  • Our internet line is a 150 mbps fiber line that provides high speed connectivity for video calls, streaming and other uses.

  • On some days, we might face internet outages. This is rare but please carry a backup such as wifi dongle or phone hotspot.

Shared areas
  • For guests booking shared accomodation, guests are requested to be mindful of other users of the space. Other guests might be in a video meeting or other interaction that requires some discretion.

  • Guests are encouraged to interact with each other but also take care of the comfort of other

  • In the shared kitchen, guests are requested not to eat other guests food.

Accidental Damage
  • In case of any damage, guests will be liable to fix/reimburse for the damage. 

  • If it's something small, we don't expect any action, but large damages worth ₹1000 or more will be recovered from the guests.
